We’re excited to announce the launch of Bandanas for Brain Tumours Day, which will take place on Friday 4 March as part of Brain Tumour Awareness Month.
“Join me and thousands of others for what is set to be the biggest Bandanas for Brain Tumours Day yet” – Stephanie, living with a brain tumour since 2011.
As well as a stunning new Bandana design, innovative ways to raise awareness and funds throughout the month and an exclusive video with beatboxer MC Zani, this year’s Bandana campaign is set to be our biggest yet.
This year, we’re asking our supporters to #WearItOut with style, strength, attitude or love and by doing so, help us raise awareness of brain tumours and funds for research into early diagnosis.
Geraldine Pipping, our Head of Fundraising, said: “We hope Bandanas for Brain Tumours Day gives our supporters the chance to have fun and do something different to help raise awareness as well as funds.
“We’re hoping to raise £100,000 through Bandanas for Brain Tumours, all of the money raised will help fund our drive to bring down brain tumour diagnosis times for children and adults in the UK.
“We can’t wait to see how our supporters #WearItOut on Bandanas for Brain Tumours Day!”
Stephanie says: “By getting involved you can help The Brain Tumour Charity reach their goal of raising £100,000 towards their early diagnosis programme. Whichever way you choose to #WearItOut, thank you for your support.”
Our 2016 bandanas cost £3.50 each to include postage and packaging. Please join us this year and #WearItOut with style, strength, attitude or love.
