In the UK, around 500 children are diagnosed with a brain tumour every year and brain tumours kill more children than any other cancer. And 60% of children who do survive a brain tumour diagnosis are unable to live fully independently as adults.

A monthly gift from you will help us to find new treatments that help children live longer, better lives after a brain tumour diagnosis.

A monthly gift from you could accelerate a cure.

I try not to let my brain tumour stop me from doing the things I love – like playing sport, performing music or learning about science and maths at school.

It hasn’t always been easy though, especially when I was recovering from surgery. At first, I couldn’t get out of bed at all and then I needed to use a wheelchair. I need to learn to walk and feed myself again. Even now, I still live with the side-effects from the surgery and the impact of the parts of the tumour couldn’t be removed.

My dream is to help raise funds so that we can find kinder treatments for children with brain tumours that don’t make them as poorly afterwards.
