I got told I had brain tumour in March 2014 when I was 22.
I had a big operation on March 28th (2014) at Addenbrokes hospital to take out as much of my tumour as possible. The operation was supposed to be 5-6 hours long but in the end it was 9 & a half hours because they managed to take out more than they thought they would. I was awake for the whole operation.
