I joined the Young Ambassadors after my boyfriend was diagnosed with a brain tumour when we were both 22. After surgery and treatment, he’s now well and fully recovered but I’m dealing with the mental health trauma related to being a young adult carer. I believe that being a Young Ambassador for The Brain Tumour Charity and supporting others is helping me recover too.
